As already discussed it is extremely hard to get enough magnesium from the diet alone. You can take oral supplements but high doses may cause intestinal discomfort. The easiest way to get your levels up to where they should be, is to apply it to the skin. Not only does this allow you to take in more, but as an added benefit, it doubles up as a natural pain reliever. This is because the potent anti-inflammatory and muscle-relaxing properties of magnesium can be concentrated directly on affected areas such as diabetic neuropathy, sports injuries, arthritis, gout and muscle aches. There really is no reason for not supplementing magnesium and no body that can function without it.
When adding recessed lighting to a bath, the size of the room will decide the lighting requirements. Bathrooms over 100 square feet require general light, while smaller baths can use mirror fixtures. Recessed incandescent fixtures work well and can provide general illumination for bathrooms up to 100 square feet. Place them no more than 36" apart and centered over the counter. Add fixtures for each additional 50 square feet of space. Note that wall sconces should be used in order to properly light a mirror or vanity, as using only recessed lighting in the space will shadow the face.
You should also take the time to look around the room to determine where you are going to place the lamp as well as the billiard's table it will be hanging over. You also have to decide whether there will be one large lamp or several smaller billiards lamps. If using more than one lamp, try to coordinate lamps so that although they are different, they have a cohesiveness that makes them appear to be the same style. You might also try to find a large lamp that has a complimentary smaller lamp available.
Standard incandescent and quartz halogen lights are the most cost effective and produce a clear white light. These lights are available in wattages ranging from 100W to 500W. Many building departments require 12 volt lights and a transformer as per code, if this is the case 100W and 300W lights are available in 12 Volt. High Watt lights such as 400W and 500W are only available in 120 volt and may not be allowed by code. Check with your local codes and building officials for the lighting requirements which will be accepted. These lights typically have available, plastic color lens which snap on over the glass lens to produce a nice underwater effect.
